You are responsible for Content and data that you provide through the Service.
Serentopic Accounts
Some parts of the Service may be available without an account, while access to certain features may require a Serentopic account.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, using a strong password, keeping your password confidential and notifying us if you become aware of unauthorised access.
Your Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat personal information and other data when you use the Service.
Any additional use of business information or data must be governed by the Privacy Policy and other applicable agreements.

Removal of Content by Serentopic
If we reasonably believe Content breaches this Agreement, applicable law, third-party rights, or may cause harm to Serentopic, users or third parties, we may remove or restrict access to that Content where permitted by law.
Where appropriate, we may notify you of the reason unless doing so would breach law, compromise an investigation, compromise the operation of the Service, or create a risk of harm.
Copyright Protection
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material made available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may contact us and provide an appropriate notice.
Account Suspension & Termination
Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to any applicable agreement and data-retention requirements.
Termination and Suspension by Serentopic for Cause
Serentopic may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service where you materially or repeatedly breach this Agreement, where required by law or court order, or where we reasonably believe conduct creates liability or harm to users, third parties, Serentopic or its affiliates.
Termination for Service Changes
Serentopic may discontinue access to all or part of the Service where provision of that Service is no longer commercially or operationally viable, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Anti-Discrimination Policy

Serentopic does not tolerate bullying, threats, blackmail, theft, fraud or scams conducted through the Service.

Where we determine that a user has failed to comply with these policies, we may take appropriate enforcement action, including restriction, suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
